FAQ
Where can I find the SKU number?
You may find the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) number for all affected items on the table above the submission form. You may also find it on the barcode, on the product bag, as the SKU is the last 5 digits of the barcode.
Where Can I find the Lot Number?
The Lot Number is printed at a bottom corner of the bag. For Superglow it can be found at the bottom left corner, for all other colors, at the bottom right corner.
How can I send you my proof of purchase and any other file?
Once your submission is received, a member of the Elitex team will contact you directly and provide instructions on how to submit photos and other files.
How can I enter the product information on the form?
- Begin by clicking on the “Add Row” button, just below the product information form.
- Enter your product information: SKU, Lot Number and how many bags you purchased.
- If you have more than one product affected, just click the “Add Row” button again and enter your other products information
