We’re reaching out today with an important update regarding a recent product quality issue that may affect balloons you’ve purchased.
Thanks to feedback from our amazing community, we’ve identified a manufacturing issue in a small number of batches. While this is not reflective of our usual standards, we are taking full responsibility and issuing a voluntary recall of the affected items.
